Concurrent Session - Part IV
Active Planning is a facilitated conversation that will provide students the opportunity to determine how they can better infuse wellness based activities in the work that is completed by members of their organizations. Students will work together to identify conference themes, opportunities for collaborations with Wellness and Prevention Services, and opportunities for collaboration with other student organizations.
Student Success is a round table discussion that will allow students to identify and apply important steps to be successful at Appalachian. Students will have the opportunity to share their personal strengths and struggles as a students and develop a plan for the current academic year.

Help Seeking Behaviors is a round table discussion that will allow students to identify and and discuss stigmas associated college students and their ability to seek help. Students will have the opportunity to develop skills to improve help seeking behaviors.
