The Condom Fairy is a service that provides free sexual health barriers for all students at Appalachian State University.

- Male/external condoms
- Female/internal condoms
- Dental dams
- Lubricants
- Gloves
Individuals can request up to 3 sexual health barrier methods from the Condom Fairy. Requests are typically filled within 2 business days, and items can be picked up in Wellness and Prevention Services (First floor of Miles Annas- Behind the Union) Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.. Directions are included in confirmation emails.
