Condom Fairy

This service provides FREE sexual health barriers for all students at Appalachian State University. Barriers include a variety of male/external condoms, female/internal condoms, dental dams, and lubricants. Requests are filled within 2 business days.

SEXplanations (50-60 min.)

This presentation provides information about the importance of sexual health and safer sex practices. Facilitated by members of WE CAN, students will have the opportunity to participate in a number of acitivites involving risks associated with sexual activities, barrier methods, and barrier negotiation skills with a partner(s) and sexual health resources available on and off-campus.

If you wish to schedule this program, please fill out the Wellness Educator Presentation Form available via AppSync. To successfully schedule a program, the request form must be completed 2 weeks prior to the desired event date.

Take Control of Your Birth Control (50-60 min.)

This presentation provides information about various birth control options as a means prevent unintended pregnancy. Facilites by members of WE CAN, students will have the opportunity to participate in a number of activities involving information about how birth control works, various birth control methods, and how they can access them.
