Election day is right around the corner, and the increase in use of mail-in ballots mean that election day stress is sure to last even longer than usual, on top of the pandemic stress we are already experiencing. Then final exams will be here before you know it and then you might find yourself moving back home for an extended winter break to be with family, and we all know that family time can be wonderful but it can also be stressful.
